Great Product - easy to use

I bought the total gym about 2 years after it came out maybe 20 or so years ago. I have added accessories and videos to my collection. It is really easy to use, folds and stores easy if you need to get it out of the way. The best decision I ever made was to buy this. Like any workout equipment you purchase you have to use it.

i had to take it slow because i have a bad back, my back does hurt some but i have meds for the pain. i'm up to the 3rd notch and i still take it easy . i also got myself a vitamix blender. i went to my heart doctor and found that i've not lost any weight but i do feei alot better. and my clithes feel loose , sp i've lost inches somewhere.
