My wife an I like the Total Gym very much but we were a little disappointed that the unit arrived with small tear in the in the board and a small dent in the rail.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Sturdy, Quiet Operation

I love it... I use it every morning before work. I found the more I use it, the more I want to use it...It is addicting.... It's so easy to use, I do a whole routine in 20 min.One month and I feel wonderful......Thank-you...........Connie Miller

I am the type of person that hates to exercise because of the time it takes. Hearing I could get a great workout in 6 to 8 minutes, PLUS get rid of some aches and pains at the same time peaked my interest enough to try the 30 day trial. Well, I'm hooked! My aches and pains are fading, and I ALWAYS have 6-8 minutes to spare. In fact, the Total Gym is so much fun I usually spend more than that amount of time on it. I get a great workout and am toning up my almost 60 year old body. I feel fantastic! Thank you Total Gym for a great piece of equipment! LOVE IT!

Strengthens mussels and joints, I started out in 6-8 min work out now just strengthening up my most week mussels the exercised that I do on level 1 the TG Strengthens mussels that I would use in every day situations, I can use it 24/7, I spend less on the TG than gas would cost going to health club and I get a much better work out that I ever did at the health club. The only con is I miss the steam room, Sauna and talking with others, but the pluses are much better than the cons. needs improvement squat stand, I would design the squat stand that attaches the the Flexibility bar with pins. The Flexibility bar is stronger that the poles/rods you are currently using as better support on three sides left, right, and fount of what would or could be the squat stand. A great attachment would be a a trampoline like attachment at the bottom where you would use the flexibility bar or squat stand this would be a great attachment for the TG for cardio exercises like for jogging/ light jumping This product sells it's self you do not need actors to sell this product. Thanks TG for a great product!!!

I use the Total Gym 5-6 day's a week. I have been going to the gym since 1984 and am tired of waiting for equipment and am getting to the age (57) where lifting with weights can possibly cause injury. I have tried the Bowflex and was not impressed (big, bulky, and not user friendly). "Thank God" for the Total Gym, it is an answered prayer! Both my ovely wife "Lisa" and I Love to use it!
