Wife bought it off an infomercial, husband was a bit skeptical, now both use it almost everyday and look forward to using it. - easy to set up - lots of support materials (videas are helpful) - love pilates accessories, wing bar, etc. - variety of exercises makes it fresh each time - great for strength training, we use it after cardio on bike and/or eliptical - great compliment to that regimen - can't imagine working out without one now

I have incorporated the Total Gym XLS into an overall fitness and nutrition plan that has resulted in more than 40 pounds of total weight loss! This is a great machine I can reliably count on to get the job done within a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend the Total Gym XLS and praise its benefits to those around me.

one improvment that could be made would be more support for the pull up bar. it tends to dig into the rail and scar it.this would be my only changes to it overall, I use the total gym almost on a daily basis.

I work out 5 to 6 days a week. I've had the total gym a little less then a month and I have already lost inches, my body is toning up and I've lost 8lbs. I use to be very active but over the years raising kids, laser surgery on my knee and surgery on my foot I stopped being active. When I would start back exercising the stress on my knee and foot was too much and I would stop again. The total gym has made it easier for me to workout, without putting stress on the knee and foot. I highly recommend the gym to everyone! The DVDs that come with the gym makes it easy to follow and to stick to a daily workout plan. I love the way I feel, and look! It takes a small amount of space. I don't put it under my bed, I just leave it standing up next to my book case when I'm not using it.

Honestly one of the best in home gym systems I have ever seen. It gives you a full body workout without taking up all the room in your home. My wife and I have had the Total Gym for two months now and we are already seeing major results. My wife has already lost 15lbs and I see a huge increase in my strength training. This product is so much fun to use that even my dog likes to work out with me.(See picture) I would recommend this product to anyone looking to change the way they look.

An all in one work out program

I use to own a "Curves" franchise here in South Orange County. When I bought the Total Gym I was blown away by the variety of exercises that this machine offers. The 12 machines at "Curves" does not even compare to one "Total Gym". I am the poster child for "Total Gym". I Have Cancer and my "Total Gym" has been great for my mind Body & Soul. With GOD as my witness my "Total Gym" help keep my Cancer in check. Can I help sell them? I am unemployed and would love to be your spokeswoman.
