My Total Gym is WONDERFUL

I do a total body work out. I am working on toneing as I used to teach fitness and aerobics at a local wellness center. I had almost gotten compleatly out of working out, total gym has made it easy to work out again and in the comfortable surrounding of my home.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Strengthens, Comfortable, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage, Easy To Use

I use it 20 minutes a day , watch and listen to the TV as I exercise. I can feel the difference and my body is changing ! The exercises are not hard so you think they can not be doing much but they really do. Very happy with it.

Better than pumping iron!

I have been a competitive runner and expert skier for over 20 years. As I get older it seems that my muscles need to be stretched more. Also, I have noticed that I need to have a better way to tone all of the muscles in my body. The Total Gym is awesome. It is easy to use, the workout instructions and format are excellent. This piece of equipment has really improved both my flexibility and my total body tone. I feel stronger, my muscles are toning up and as a result of the total gym, my running and skiing are strong and I feel good.

I use the total gym at least 4-5 days a wk. as does my 14 yr daughter.. This is a great selfesttem booster for the teenager trying to find herself.. I love the 100 diff. things that can be done on this machine.. I actually put on a sweat faster on this than spending an hr at the gym and then only have done 2 machines at that pt.. Im glad im investing in this.

It works

I weigh 350 pounds. I don't know if that makes a difference because the literature stated this is good to 400 (which I am trying to avoid). My problem is that after about the first week the board hangs up on the downward travel end about 4 to 6 inches from the end of travel. Not all the time, but enough to really interrupt the flow. It seems to be (as I am sitting on the travel board with my back to the pulleys) the upper left nut underneath the travel board closest to the pulleys seems to hit the guide holding the travel board in place. I like the machine and really don't want to send it back, but it is very unsatisfactory as is. I imagine I am not the first one to experience this. I am not that far from Exton PA and would be willing to bring it in for repair or replacement. Can you help?

This has been the best home machine we have ever bought. It is easy to use. You can target areas or do an overall workout. You don't have to be in excellent shape before starting to use this machine. This machine will help you build muscle, tone your muscles, and enables you to set your own goals. I would recommend this machine to anyone who wants to get back in shape or stay in shape. The great thing is you only need one machine to help attain your goal.

since I received the total gym I have used it 4 to 5 times a week. Before I purchesed the total gym I had a gym membership but rerely went, now I come home from work and it's right there and easy to set up and i'm off to losing the weight I've gained over the last couple of years.
