Not Just Another Piece Of Exercise Equip

I was skeptical when my husband ordered the Total Gym, but I thought oh well we can send it back if he don't use it and I certainly won't use it. And then it was delivered and I opened it and set it up to suprise my husband when he came home. I thought I would try it out so I watched the videos and tried it. I was sold. I don't exercise normally, but this is so easy I will from now on. Oh and my husband loves it too.
Pros: Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage, Very well built, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Sturdy, Quiet Operation

Great Machine

I have osteoporosis and this machine is very easy on my joints. It is comfortable to use and I really enjoy it. I think it is awkward to set up and put away, so I leave mine set up.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Strengthens, Quiet Operation
Cons: Hard To Set Up

I'm currently getting back into working out as my usual used to be going to the gym - last run w/ that was for 5 years. Strength training on the Total Gym helps to feel results quicker than any aerobics. The videos make a quick workout perfect so I can fit it into my schedule even if I only have 20 minutes to spare! I can't wait to get some time behind me and be able to see all the results!

The versatility is perfect, I love the whole body workout concept. Which this machine does quite well. I'm not an athletic type but love to feel good and stay in shape, this machine is fun and easy and very efficient. It does its job.

I have never been one to want to go to a gym and lift weights. Nor would I be interested in free weights. The Total Gym has allowed me to get the benefits of both in the privacy of my own home at an affordable price. Best of all, it's fun to use so I look forward to using it.

I am an avid cyclist and have limited time for other exercises or going to a fitness center. The Total Gym permits me to target my upper body and arm strength with great time efficiency and tangible results.

It Works, but Be Aware

The Total Gym will get you into shape...the "con" that I have found is this. Once you start working at settings above 4....the incline is so steep that sitting perpendicular on the unit to do ab exercises is ackward and uncomfortable....lying on the board to do exercises, you tend to slide down hill I work out on my Total Gym (5) days a week to start the workday....I can tell a difference in my strength and muscle tone...it does work if you use it

Cons: Noisy Operation, Uncomfortable

Spectacular piece of equipment

We use this particular product daily. I have lifted weights for 28 years and stay in good physical condition. When I began using the Total Gym, it was a brand new experience where muscles that have been dormant are being used again. This is a fantastic product.
