The total gym came out of the box alright but the snap bolts that help lock it into place was stiff and I could not make it move by myself.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation, Comfortable

I know it has only been a couple of weeks but we have started the 6-8 min. every other day. My wife had back aches before but it seems to have cured that problem. SO FAR SO GOOOOD!

the total gym is the best piece of equipment ever created. Ive never been happier with a product in my life. very sturdy, safe and very effective. the machine is very sturdy and the parts levers, pulleys, attachments etc. are strong and move freely, not catching or choppy like on other machines. (even the ones at health clubs) the total gym XLS is my 4th one i have bought and used successfully! the total gym XLS is a complete home gym that i highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had spinal surgery and the Total Gym allows me to do exercises lying down that I would never be able to do standing up . I feel so much better and stronger since using the Total Gym. My wife also uses the product and gets a total workout just as promised and you have so many choices in what direction you want to go. Be it weight lost or just general toning , this product is the complete package!!

Total gym is the newest addition to my family...and only after two months of ownership i have already lost 20 pounds! I was having chest pain, sore muscles, stiffness in my legs and arms, high levels of anxiety.
