I USE THE PRODUCT TO GET MY "CORE" IN SHAPE. i PLAY ALOT OF GOLF, AND AT 67 AM GETTING IN SHAPE TO PITCH IN THE "SENIOR BASEBAL LEAGUE." THE TOTAL GYM IS HELPING ME STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN FOR THIS. I USED TO BE AN "AVID ATHLETE" BUT NOW AM A PREACHER, AND STILL WANT TO FEEL IN-SHAPE ONCE AGAIN, AND TOTAL GYM IS THE "ANSWER!" RAY W. PETERS CORDOVA, TN.

Very satisfied with our purchase. My husband and We did not realize how out of shape we really were till that first work out! Now its the first thing we do when we get home from work. We feel better and are even sleeping better. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve there health! Only drawback I can even see is it needs a lot of open space to use. But you can always put it away when your done!

I use the total gym every other day. It's great to get a good work out and not have to go out to the gym. The only thing that I don't like is that for some of the cardio excercises it seems like the cables are to long for me and don't really work properly. It is a great workout!!

Very easy to set-up and get started working out right after opening the box. I do feel better after just a few days following the start-up exercises. Total gym does not require much space; just what I needed to fit in my basement with a low ceiling. Excellant,quality built and finished machine. I very much enjoyed having the different videos to see how the gym operates and how to do the exercises; very helpful, reassuring and motavating. One minor problem is that plastic shim/bushing on wing bar keeps slipping on adhesive resulting in misaligned pin holes and then requires adjustment. Over all I like Total Gym very much and look forward to getting stronger this summer.

As a mom of 5, the Total Gym allows me to sneak in a quick workout on the days that I'm crunched for time. It's never been so fun or easy to work off the weight I gained while pregnant and I love having some extra energy! I only wish I'd gotten one sooner!!

There are so many workouts that you can do with this product and I use it to lose weight, tone up and get long lean muscles. the total gym is great because it comes with workout cards that explain in detail how to do the exercises, it has videos to follow when you want to have a visual instructor. there is nothing that's not great about the total gym you can do almost any exercise or workout with the total gym and I love it! I tell everyone that they should have one or get one and I would totally buy one for a friend or family member.

i was surprised what just using 10 minutes really gets a good workout. I have been using it 3 times a week and notice a difference just in 2 weeks. I am 52 and have arthritis in my knee, using the total gym has helped my knee strength.

Challenging work out

The TG is a challenging workout, I tried it on levels I used to use when I was ten years younger and had an older model of TG and found I could hardly if at all do the exercises. Have to move down lower! Haven't exercised on the TG in years, this was a wake up call.
