Purchased to loose weight (after several kids) and have better mobility in knees. Have had surgeries on knees and found easy to use without stress on the knees. Knees are more flexible after short time of use. Lost 8 pounds in 30 days without a lot of effort! It is fun to use!

Great workouts with the DVD provided. Just getting into the Yoga DVD. Invigorating and fun workouts. Towards the end of the workouts I often think I hate John and Rosalee - just kidding!

This is a great product for both weight lose and toning up. The intensity level is set by the different board positions and the number of reps. The different exercises let you target specific muscle groups. The compact design lets me store it away in a corner and it sets up in a couple of minutes. I can get a great workout anytime without making that drive to a gym.

I have only been able to use the Total Gym XLS for 1 1/2 weeks. I broke my hand playing football just after I received the Total Gym XLS. While using the Total Gym XLS, I felt the soreness in my muscles just like I would after lifting heavy weights at the gym.

The great thing about Total Gym for me is the fact that I can use one piece of equipment and get a total body workout. The videos are helpful and easy to follow but I like the training card deck that allows me to create my own workout when I want to. I had been working out for two years walking, lifting free weights and riding a stationery bicycle; after 30 days with the total gym I have had more results than what two years of my previous workouts.

I didn't work out before getting the Total Gym. Now I use it everyday. My 12 and 16 year old daughters have started using it too. It's a great workout and we can do it whenever we have time. It's easy enough to set up that my daughters can do it without me there. Love my Total Gym. I lost 5 lbs in the first two weeks of using the Total Gym.

We are sooo happy with our TG XLS. It's everything the ads say. No false claims that leaves you wondering if you made the wrong decision. I highly recommend it. It's easy to set up, easy to get started, very smooooth operation. Can't really tell what we don't like about it because we have NOT had a problem with it.
