I usually work out 3-4 times a week. It's easy to use and when you are done with your work out just fold it up and put it in a closet. I don't have to worry about going to the gym and waiting to use equipment. It saves me a lot of time in the mornings. It's easy to swich to different workouts. it's just great.

Best investment since my wife!

I gained 8lbs of muscle within the first few weeks - I really got into the various workouts! Once I got into a good nutrition plan which worked for me, I've since dropped about 10 lbs and since I'm pretty sure I retained the new muscle, it means I melted off 10 lbs of fat! With a good cyclic-method cardio routine, a good nutrition program and this machine you can definately hit goals for weight loss and strength training. I wish some of the commercial attachements were compatable with my home model - specifically the stand to increase height for weight resistance instead of the weight bar and adding weights. Also if the wing bar had straps like the one in the video I think it would lock my feet into place a little better. If it weren't for this product, I do not think I would feel as motivated, energized, or on track to my long-term goal! Chuck picked a good product to endorse.

The Total Gym was easy to set up. The work out dvd's and exercise cards were very helpful. It's a little longer, when in use, than expected. However, it takes up very little space when stored. A gift for my husband, but now the whole family uses it, even my 12year old. Thanks for the wonderful product.

Best At-Home workout machine available!

It is so easy to set up and use on a consisitent basis. We have tried several workout machines. This is the best, most all around effective workout machine that we know of. My wife and I did much research before purchasing aprroximately 60 days ago, and we are thoroughly happy with are choice. In conjunction with eating better, I have lost 15 pounds in 2 1/2 months of working out 4 times a week, and my wife just purchased the AB Crunch this week for our workouts! With almost 100 different exercises on one machine, you can create a workout that is best for you. It is so easy! The workout cards of each possible exercise help alot. I have recommended it quite a bit already.

This machine is ready right out of the box. Just pull it out of the box and your ready to go. The videos included are very helpful as well as all the exercise cards. This machine is really worth the money.

I'm currently ending the 20th week of using the total gym. I'm doing the John Carleo 6 day program, 4 sets a day and 10 reps a set. I also do 4 sets of 25 sit ups on the incline and round it off with 10 minutes on the ab-rail. Haven't missed a day yet. I love it. I lost over 15 pounds, a pant size and have increased strenght unbelievably. I'm 57 and in the best shape I've ever been in. This is the best home gym product I've ever used and recommend it to everybody. I've worked out reverently for the past 5 years using all kinds of products. Turbo Jam, ab-scissor, as-doer and ab-rail to mention a few. This product by far is the very best. I just wish I would have pulled the trigger years ago but I now have found the product that I will use for the rest of my life. I play golf once a week and just after a few weeks I started hitting my driver a lot farther than I ever had. I didn't tell my golf buddies what I was doing in the beginning and they were amazed at the added distance and were very curious as to how I was doing it. Thank you so so much for this teriffic product and I know I will be using other products that go with the total gym in the future. Thanks again, Bill
