I wasn't too sure about ordering this piece of equipment because I have purchased other pieces in the past and have not been pleased. However, with the 60 day return policy, I thought what the heck! I am so glad that I ordered it! I absolutely LOVE it! Everything that I read in the reviews was true. Once you get the hang of using the machine, it is so easy to use. I'm 43 years old and have had a few injuries using other types of equiment in the past. This machine is so easy on the joints and I have not had any joint or muscular problems at all. I have recommended it to all of my friends. I workout on the machine every other day. With this machine, I always look forward to my workout days. Even if I am exhused, I still always enjoy it and feel so good after my workouts. I know I sound like an infomercial, but I would highly recommend this machine!

This product definetly holds true to it's name! I love that you can work out absolutely EVERYTHING with this one machine. The only downside I think it has is, because you have to use the arm pulleys for a lot of the exercises, I feel that I'm getting more of an arm workout than I would prefer. Other than that though, I would definetly recommend this product to everyone. It's easy to set up and even easier to figure out how to use. You can't go wrong with the Total Gym.

I was looking for a product that would help me to lose weight and firm up. Not only did I get what I wanted, but I got something that made me want to utilize on a regular basis. I know I will continue to enjoy the Total Gym for years to come.

I am 50 years old and have worked out my whole life until a back injury. I have some arthrites. The Total gym has been the prefect machine for me. I use it at least 5x a week or more. I feel a lot better and it is low impact. I haven't lost a lot of weight in the 2 months I have used it. However I am stronger and my body it getting toned. I love my total gym.

i am verry happy with my total gym, been wanting to get one for years. the only issue ive had so far is that the sliding board occasionally comes off track, specifically when i do the oblique twists. it also sporadically rubs something down low underneath the board where it rides on the track bars....im sure its minor, been meaning to look under there to figure out why. overall, thrilled to finally have my own total gym.

Total Gym is Totally Amazing

I have been using the Total Gym for only three weeks and I am already starting to see results; Best of all, others are seeing them too. I have to admit that the Total Gym is a great piece of equipment and I was really surprised on the the intensity of the workout that you can get using it. I am confident that I will get the results that I want using the Total Gym three to four times a week.
