The gym is so easy to use. I use it at least twice a week, but usually 4 to 5 times. My 9 year old daughter has started using it with the childrens work out. She loves it. I spent a year watching the ad, trying to decide if I really needed it. I wish I would have ordered it a year ago. It is great.

The wing bar is hard to attch - my husband duct taped the pieces so the holes line up. All else is great.

I started at 10 minutes, three times a week to get use to exercising. The only exercise I got before, was doing gardening work. I've had my Total Gym XLS for a month now and I feel a lot more limber than I use to. I've lost 5 pounds already but need to lose 95 more. I'm sure this machine will get me to that goal. I'm up to 15 minutes working out three times a week. My advice to the elderly is: START SLOW AND GRADUALLY INCREASE ACCORDING TO WHAT YOU FEEL YOU CAN DO WITHOUT OVER-DOING IT. IT WILL PAY OFF. This machine is built to last through many generations, and I will be leaving it to a family member in my will. I Love my Total Gym and YOU WILL LOVE YOURS TOO!!!

I use it everyday and haven't had any problems. It's quiet and easy to use and does not get boring to use or make too much noise. It's easy to watch TV or a movie at the same time.

Great Piece of Equipment!

I love my total gym; especially the Pilates workout, because it really decreases my stress level yet it gives me a good workout. If you want more of a cardio workout, they have that too. This piece of equipment is better than any single piece of equipment that I have used at the gym.

I love the total gym, I have it set up permanently and use it about 5 times a week. Very easy to use & the cards are a bonus for a quick reference on the exercises. I am an avid exerciser and have worked out for years but I feel a muscle soreness in different areas when I started using the Total Gym. Way easier for chest & back exercises than free weights because you can move from exercise to exercise without having to adjust weights and fiddle with barbells/dumbells. I'm 55 years old and find the Total Gym fun and easy, yet challenging. The Total Gym will be with me forever. I also purchases the Ab Crunch accessory & if you can swing this, get it also. An excellent product that targets the abs in a different way than situps & crunches. You will definitely feel the difference. Honestly? You can't go wrong- the total gym & accessories are quality products.
