Great piece for the buck

When I recieved my Total Gym I got right to it and I work out most everyday and I love it. I have a herniated disc in my neck that causes lots of pain in shoulder area and since I have been working out with this machine it has taken away alot of the pain. I feel lots better now and am starting to feel fit again. I love it. It is so easy to use and so many different exercises you can do and I don't get bored with it. I look forward into exercising everyday. Thanks for this it helps me tremendously.

My teenage son and I work out several times a week, me for weight loss and him for strength. We both enjoy the Total Gym's ease of use and general fun that it provides. I am looking forward to using the pilates exercises! Thank you Total Gym!

I love all the different excersizes the machine can do. I've only had it for 3 weeks but I can feel a difference already. Have been using it 5 days a week so far. It does give me cardio, strenghts and I'm looking forward to tightening and losing weight. Then I'm looking forward to maintaining my new figure.

My father moved in with me 2 1/2 years ago due to Alzheimer and it made it difficult for me to get into the gym. I got my Total Gym about 3-4 weeks ago. This machine has been a great substitute for me, combined with my Tredmill I get a workout almost as good as going to the Gym. I use is 4 to 5 days a week. My son and I both use this machine. It was o.k. to assemble; however, it would have been nice if the directions stated on the first page also included is a "DVD" on how to assemble. Additionally, don't throw away the box until you get important numbers off it if your expecting a refund, discount, or credit...

This product was a wonderful investment! Both my husband and I have lost weight, toned up and feel great! We have a wonderful amount of energy, sleep better at night and just feel healthier!

I've been retired since Jan. of this year (2010) and the Total Gym gives me the ability to get a great work out each day. I love being able to do so many different exercises so quickly.
