I HAVE ONLY USED THE MACHINE FOR AROUND 1 MONTH BUT CAN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IN TONE AND TIGHTNESS OF THE MUSCLE. BEING A FORMER FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL AND BASEBALL IN TEXAS I CAN SEE WHERE THIS MACHINE COULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT ADDITION TO OUR OFF-SEASON AND IN-SEASON WORKOUT REGIMENS. I CAN ALSO SEE WHERE THIS TOOL WOULD BE OF GREAT BENEFIT TO A TEAM'S REHAB PROGRAMS. THE RANGE OF MOTION CAPABILITES AND THE EASE OF CHANGINE THE AMOUNT OF RESISTANCE WOULD BE A TRAINER'S DREAM. IF YOU HAVE NOT MARKETED THIS MACHINE WITH THE TRAINING ROOM IN MIND MAYBE YOU SHOULD. I ASSUME YOU HAVE PROBABLY DONE THIS; BUT, A WELL-ORGANIZED AND DATA DRIVEN FIELD TRIAL IN SCHOOL TRAINING ROOMS MIGHT CREATE EVEN MORE NTEREST IN YOUR PRODUCT. FRED

The Total Gym's simplicity of use and easy storage was a great selling point for me (and my wife). My goal has been to use the Total Gym every other day, and so far have stayed motivated through the first month. I believe the Total Gym will help me to succeed with my weight loss and fitness goals. Thanks for making a great product.

I use this product at least three times a week to work out. I first purchased the total gym December of 2009 and began really working out on it in January 2010. I follow the simple 18 step work-out routine, add a couple of extra ab exercises and I feel like a new woman. I am beginning to move up in levels and cannot wait to see the new results. I would recomment this product to anyone!

Excellent workout

This is a great product for myself and my husband. He is an avid golfer and has just gone through 3 surgeries for his shoulder. He is finding that it's helping him strengthen his shoulder muscles. I find that it's really helping with my overall toning.

As an avid weight trainer who moved to an area with no gyms nearby, I gave the Total Gym a try and was far more impressed than I expected to be. It is "relatively" easy to set up, though it is difficult and bulky for my wife to do it alone. The variety of exercises is great and the extra pilates and ab accessories are terrific. The unit did slide on my wood floor (and scratched it a little), so I put a little piece of matting under each end and now it works perfectly. To say I am pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of this product is an understatement. I would recommend this highly.
