I am using this product to streghten my lower back after spinal fusion (5 years ago). I also have more herniated discs that can't be fused and find that I am still able to perform the workouts without causing pain or numbness. Additonally, I am finally starting to drop the weight I gained after the intial surgury. I am looking forward to seeing what the end results will be.

This is probably the piece of exercise equipment I use the most. My only concern is that the bed will pop off the roller bars if you kneel right on the very end of it.

My husband and I are using the total gym in the morning. this is the first time we have been consistant in working out together. We are very pleased with our purchase.

i bought the total gym for my wife because she talked about owning a total gym. she uses the total gym relegiously and my son and daughter uses the total gym on their own. i can't wait to start using the total gym soon as my back heals from an injury. my wife uses the total gym for health and fitness, my son for weight control, my daughter for fitness and i will use this total gym for getting into into perfect shape, strength and health. Great product.

In using the total gym I feel much bettr.I had back surgery and I also have arthritus in my hips.Using the total gym I walk much better and feel much stronger.I will have multipal back disabilities for a couple years.The Total Gym is helping me over come my obstickles.

I am 55, I'm a tradesman and my job is phusically demanding and I found that I was losing strength and was experiencing stiffness in my shoulders. I tried going to a gym but many to the exercises there were too high in impact for me. So when I heard about the total gym I thought what do I have to lose. I began to use the total gym just 3 weeks ago and because of it's low impact on the body. Following your training videos I have been able to use it just about every day. I already feel an overall strength returning and have more shoulder movement without the pain I was experiencing. I wish I would of tried this product earlier. I also wish I had the words to say how great this product is, all I can say is it's more than great, and it's better than anything I have tried in the past.

Solid well designed Gym worth the money

I spend half an hour each morning, working different parts of body each day. The Total Gym has so many different exercises and I have total control unlike using free weights. I can tell that muscle groups that never were worked before are strengthening now. It takes a little time and patience to get familiar with each exercise and set up routines.
