I love everything about this product, I only wish I would have purchased one years ago. I use the Total Gym 5 days a week and have seen great results. The programs along with the cards are easy to use and follow, so far I have not found anything I don't like about the Total Gym.

can't do some exercises because of a painful shoulder. Have problem inserting cotter pins in extension piece.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Sturdy

I have thrown out all of my other numerous pieces of equipment...because this compact machine does the work of all of them...and it takes up less space!! This machine makes me WANT to work out...and it's loads of FUN!!

Easy to set up and use. We are using it as our life resolution to return to fitness and it is helping not only our bodies but our marriage as well. At first my husband was reluctant about using the Total Gym due to no weights and unsure about the cardio effect. After one circuit training session, we both became believers and enjoy using the Total Gym. Definitly recommend this product to all ages and levels of fitness!

My husband and I use this daily. We set it up and break it down everyday. I would like to leave it up, but because of its size and limited space, we have to store it. It is fairly easy to set up. We had one issue with the sliding board. We called, and they sent another one, no questions asked. GREAT Customer service! I love a company that stands behind its product. Can't say enough good things about this machine. My children also love to use it!
