I have been using the Total Gym at least three times weekly since purchased. I am very happy with the equipment. My only problem is that I have trouble at times getting the right position on the board. My hair is short and it sometimes gets caught on the supports. I have started wearing a hat to prevent that. I am already seeing a difference in my arms and legs. I would recommend this equipment to everyone, young to old. It is a wonderful addition to our home.
Pros: Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Easy Storage, Quiet Operation, Comfortable
Cons: Platform feels too short

I drive and hour to work Mon - Fri. To beat the traffic, I leave home early and am at the gym next to my office at 5 am. I love having the Total Gym at home for weekends. I am a 55 year old woman. The Total Gym has madea big difference in my muscle tone, so essential for weight maintenence at my age.

i've been using the t/g xls every other day; so far just for arms & chest (got a bad shoulder i'm trying to rehab), so i can't say if there's a big difference yet. i'll have to wait & see once i start hitting it harder! although i do seem stronger . sometimes at higher inclines it's difficult to maintain a seated position. i really like that it's easy to use & convienent.

I just got the machine 2 1/2 weeks ago and the day I started, I felt the workout in my muscles. It is a great machine and the good part is you workout against your own weight. I have not dropped a size yet but I still have 5 1/2 weeks of usage until I decide whether I am going to keep it or not.

I have a herniated disc in my cervical spine and bad knees, but I can still use my totalgym a little at a time. I feel so good after I use it, and my back and knees feel much better after each workout. I would never have any excuse not to use it and neither would anyone else. Please, out there, get one if you want to feel great. You talk to your doctor, then, go at your own level. This product is great because I am able to use it at will. I never know when I am going to be able to workout with the two jobs that I have. I no longer have to go to a gym a listen to the comments of those who think they are gods, according to what the mirror tells them. I have always kept myself fit but really do not like sharing weight rooms with other people. I am much more comfortable working out with weights by myself or with a friend. I like how smooth everything is and that there is no danger in working out alone.

I have had my total gym for about a month and it is the only piece of equipment that I enjoy using. It is easy to use and easily adjustable. The only complaint I have about it is that the bolts which join the two halfs of the railing sometimes rub against the braces on the sliding seat. Other than that one minor thing I love my total gym.

I Love using it on a daily basis, it is one of the best inhome gyms I have ever owend. I get to train every mussle in my body, wich is one of the most important things for me without putting pressure on my joints. I love it. I have alraidy recommend it to a few people who are seeking to get back in shape.
