As a busy mom with 3 young children and a full time job, making it to the gym was incredibly hard. With the Total Gym, I can work out when ever I have a few minutes of extra time or after my kiddos go to sleep. I can't believe I waited so long to purchase one. Best decision!

I was in a car accident the end of last year. I was desperately looking for a machine that could replicate my rehabilitation routine at home. I looked at rowers, Pilates machines, you name it. Nothing seemed to cover it all. My husband suggested I check out Total Gym. He remembers hearing Chuck Norris on the Howard Stern show and felt it was worth a look. I am so glad I did! This machine is exactly what I needed. I can keep up on my physical therapy. Plus, I will be able to use it for other exercises as my injuries heal. I'm very excited about the Pilates attachment. The one downside is that I didn't anticipate having to share my Total Gym with my husband.
Pros: Easy To Use, Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Quiet Operation, Sturdy, Strengthens

Take Away the Excuses

I have been a stranger at my membership gym for too many years because of my exhausting work schedule. Now with the Total Gym, I can get up 30 minutes early or come home from work late, and still squeeze in a good solid workout every day. It is also quiet--I can workout really late in my second floor condo and not get complaints from my early-to-bed downstairs neighbor, who even complains about the noise of my clothes washer. My Total Gym takes away my excuses! No piles of weights to store and then clank on and off. Easy to adjust the workout to your ability, and sturdy, with low impact on all joints. No negative comments from me. Thanks Total Gym.

I love the workout I get, I don't love the set up and the storage. It is not as light and easy to store away as the advertisement made it sound.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Sturdy
Cons: Bulky, Hard To Set Up

I have the TG set up at all times, it is easier to use whenever I want. This a great very sturdy equipment. very fluid. easy to jump on any time. Was going to get a treadmill, so very very happy I decided to go with the TG ! The best exercise, wish I would have had this years ago ! I was hesitant, the price worth the quality. Quality is great ! If you are on the fence like I was ... Please don't worry,, so worth it. I can feel my muscles getting strong ! NO REGRETS ! I do the female 6 to 8 minute workout everyday and then some...I love my ab crunch attachments ! Planning on putting photos after im in shape !
