I use the product six times a week in conjunction with a daily taebo work out. I love the total gym because it offers a total workout for me at home. I am still a new user but have absolutely no compliants.

The DVD that comes with the Total Gym is excellent in explaining how to setup, use and store. Just follow the instructions. It is easy to setup and store once you get used to it. The concept of using your body weight as resistance is amazing!! In just 1 1/2 months of use (every-other day) my body is reshaping back to normal. I feel stronger, don't get tired as easily. Can't wait to see results 1 year from now. I really have nothing negative to say about it. It's giving me results already both physically and mentally because feeling strong and fit makes you feel better all around. I had been feeling a little down for a while about my appearance and I tried other excercise equipment and routines before, but got tired after the 1st couple of weeks. They were either too hard or useless. The Total Gym is not hard to use but it is kind of addictive. I look forward to workout day!!!! And since it gives fast results you stay motivated. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! My husband and I absolutely LOVE the Total Gym!!!!

Easy to use for the whole family

I was using the Total Gym wihtin minutes and getting tired in less than that. Gym is good for the whole body, and once I set it up, of course the kids wanted to start using it. Nice thing is they can use the same settings as their dad. No big wieght changes or adjustments needed. Total Gym for the Total family.

I have used the total gym to rehab my dislocated shoulder and broken arm. It is wonderful for building strength in a convenient, programed way. It is a total gym as I have used single machines in the gym that do one of the many things that the total gym does. The total gym does it all and the cards and videos make it easy to use and understand. Thanks, I am so glad that I purchased it as a Christmas gift for myself.

total gym ease of increasing exercises

having had knee replacement on my left side and an eleectrical burn on my right heel the bicycle was the only thing I was using to keep flexability I purchased the TOTAL GYM to help me be stronger, flexable and tone my mid section. I am very pleased that after 3 weeks I can see good improvement in all areas. The vidoes and information provided with the TOTAL GYM was easy to follow and guided me through the set up of my equipment Thank you for such a well thought out way to help me feel good again I will be 74 next birthday sept 5th

Love this machine, this is my second one. i upgraded from the first one. my only complaint is the new situp bar is not made for little feet.
