Total Gym realy works

I use the Total Gym 3-4 times a week and in just 2 months I feel better and have built muscle mass. I thoght the Total Gym would just tone my body but I am also able to build muscle and feel stronger. It is very smooth on my joints and I was able to increase the flexibility of my shoulder after having surgery almost a year ago. I would recommend this machine to everyone because it's easy to use and does a full body work out in just about 30 minutes a day 3-4 days a week.
Pros: Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Quiet Operation, Comfortable

I use my total gym two days on, one day off. I have been using this schedule for a month now. It is so easy to use and so much fun! I look forward to getting up and grabbing my sneakers! The results have been amazing so far! I noticed my strength has improved so much already! I was getting ready to ride my horse and had not brought my mounting block to the arena - I just put my foot up in the stirrup and went straight up! This was a tall horse, with a hunt-seat saddle! I was amazed at how easily I just went straight up! And I've only been at this one month! I can't wait to see how easy everything else becomes as time goes on!

It's a great tool for muscle strengthening, especially for women's upper body.

What I like best is that since my back operation in April of 2009 I cannot use free weights. There is no stability for me with them. Because of the way the Total Gym is designed, I can do my weight lifting and have the back stability that I need to help strengthen those muscles that had deteriorated since the operation. And the results within the past 2 months have been phenomenal.

Great Piece of Equipment

I am trying to loose weight and wanted something more than just the cardio on my treadmill. I had looked at a lot of equipment and for the price you couldn't beat the Total Gym.I was really surprise and so was my husband on how easy it was to set up and start using right away.We both like that it is easy to switch settings and accessories. It makes exercising on a regular basis a breeze.Since receiving my Total Gym I work out 5 to 6 days a week along with using my treadmill. I am loosing weight and my clothes are fitting much better. I feel really good.At this time there really isn't anything I dislike about the Total Gym. It lived up to my expectations.[...].If I could say one statement about the Total Gym... "Finally a piece of equipment that lives up to the hype". I know this because I have an attic full of equipment that didn't work properly and was to difficult to use.I have been using my Total Gym for a little over 3 weeks and I am completely satisfied with it.I plan to purchase the bike attachment by summer.I have been singing the Total Gym praises to all my friends. The great thing is they are starting to see that it is working for me.

Love it, Great for busy schedules

This is a great product, especially since I do not have a regular work schedule. Just a few minutes to setup and then I am on my way. When done, breaks down in a snap. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The total gym works the areas that i need the most work like my abbomnals legs every muscle i use in my work

Exactly What I Needed

I purchased my Total Gym Jan. 2010 and I'm totally satisfied with it and so are my children. Right away I could feel the difference in my posture, and my waist line is shrinking as well. My youngest daughter has lost weight because she uses it 5 days a week. Overall my entire family is very pleased with it, and I would reccomend it to anyone interested in it.
