The product is even better than I anticipated. Very comfortable and fun to use. Lets me simulate a variety of sports like paddling, rowing, surfing and climbing.

I am a 54 year old woman who promised myself that I would begin working out at age 30, 40, and 50.I tried but couldn't find a product or routine that wasn't boring and eventually dreadful. I've been watching the promotions of the Total Gym and finally decided to give it a try. I actually look forward to my workout and felt a difference immediatly. With all the variations in exercises I will never be bored again. I began two weeks ago with a 15 minute workout, 5 times a week and I'm now doing 40 minutes, 7 days a week. I truely love my Total Gym and I've told many people about how it's changed my life for the better. Not only is the Total Gym a Total Jewel but the support I've received from your agents has been helpful and refreshing. It's rare to see a product or service of such quality. Thank you!

working through injury

I received the total gym & then fell on some ice, injurying my head, neck,shoulders, & back. I am now, 2 months later suffering from a frozen shoulder, so really trying to get back to total gym but very limited use of my rt shoulder/arm. Very disheartened as I was soooo pumped to start using right away. Anyways, enough whining, will try to at least do pilates, & lower body. Keep you up to date.

The best thing about it is actually physically having it here in the house. It makes it that much more easier to initiate a workout every day. It's there telling you to get off your rear and workout. It is very well designed and works perfectly. I also like the fact you can design your own workout and the toughness of it. It is very easy and fast to change from one exercise to the next, even if you have to add or detract parts of the machine. I need to get rid of my middle age potgut and I have no doubt I'll do it with your machine if I keep after myself.

I am 68 y.o, will be 69 in March 2010 and I have never liked exercising until now. My goal has been to strengthen my body and lose weight. In just two weeks I see results. I can tell I am much more toned. I have had 2 back surgeries so I am careful about what I do. the total gym is also helping me to strengthen my legs and back and not walk with a cane. I have a ways to go but the total gym has given me renewed hope. thank you.

I have been using the Pilates video. I really love it. The 8 to 10 minute workout video just has music for the most part, I did not see the woman come on at all it is just the man and I think I would use my total gym more if I had a video that was just for a female and that got right to the exercises without a lot of nothings in between.

on the whole it is a great piece of equipment. my only problem is with the abs work out. i seem not to get remarkable results.

I purchased the total gym to just stay in shape, I was not really overweight, maybe ten or fifteen pounds, but I began noticing how weak I began to feel as I got older and I decided that the total gym was just what I was looking for to accomplish strengthening, taking a few pounds off, and being able to get a cardio workout.
