Fun and effective! Just LOVE it!!!!!!

I have been struggling with finding the energy to exercise, but I just can't sometimes. My TG has made it very easy for me to get rid of the boredom of workouts. Working out on my TG is fun and energizing itself. Can't wait to lose all that weight and increase the incline level! =)

I follow the exercise routines included in the videos. I like the fact that Pilates can be performed on the Total Gym XLS. I hope that the company will have new exercise videos available in the future as I like variety in my exercise routines. Sometimes it is necessary to stop the exercise video to switch out the accessories between exercises.
Pros: Comfortable, Sturdy, Quiet Operation
Cons: Setup complicated, Wheels don't roll easily

Total Gym XLS is the real deal

After turning 40, I wanted something that was quick and easy to use, something that I could use to supplement my club that I go to for tennis and weight training. The Total Gym is just that. I like the pre-planned workout cards. If one uses them, a smart exercise combination can be followed. The Total Gym will help my strength and over-all build, but what I am also excited about is that it is helping my flexibility in my lower back and hamstrings. I am tickled to have it.

I've had my Total Gym for 1 month and I've lost 5lbs and atleast 3" around my waist. It's so easy to use. I work out early in the morning and it only takes 30 minutes to get a great full body workout. I'm still learning all that it can do. I'm sure as I become more familiar, I will even make greater progress

I got this to gradually improve my fitness so that I could be more aggressive in my fitness goals. I wanted to strengthen my back and core so that I could jog/run and start cycling again after several years of not exercising. I love the ease of setup and use, the DVD that gets you started, and the sturdiness of it. I haven't found anything yet I don't like about it.

I am a busy person and love the total gym. I can get done in 30 minutes what use to take me an hour and a half in the gym. I love the workout cards; they are a great help in ensuring I do the exercises appropriately. Also, the machine has really improved my shoulders; they are looser and have better range than they have had in years.
