Everytime I use the Total Gym, I feel stronger and more agile. It can definitely make you break a sweat. I love all the different exercises I can do on it. This piece of equipment never gets boring. I'm looking forward to a whole new body the fun way!!

I bought this for my husband and it is the first piece of equipment that he goes to when he enters our houseold gym..You got him off the couch and into exercise mode for the first time in years.

I am using this product at least three times a week and it is really helping me. I feel better, my back pain has gone away and I am loosing weight.I think it is one of the best purchases I have made in connection with my health and weight problems. I am also loosing a lot of inches.

Surprizingly simple

When I received the total gyn I was not prepared for the wieght and size of it at first glance. I let it sit in the closet for a week before I got brave enough to tackly what I thought was going to be a difficult task of putting it all together. I was surprised at the ease of setting it up. The start up cd was a very welcome blessing as I would have been totaly lost with out it. Then afterwards I read the instructions...duh..... The first work out was trying but after the third one I got into the swing of things and the ease of operation in the adjustments for different excercises. I have been doing workouts every second day and the one thing I am noticing is that my pants are not tight around the waist anymore. It does not appear to be due to weight loss as I really have not loss any weight but the waist line seems to be a little smaller and for me that is a blessing. I leave the total gym up at all times as I have sufficent room to do so. If I had a negative to say it would be that it does not store under my bed however when I did fold it up the gym took very little space a corner so storage was now not a problem. I am looking forward to see how much of a difference this is going to make in my life and body condition in three months. I took pictures shot a short video of before along with recording my measurements at the start. In three months I will redo the video and the meassurements as a record to the achievements I am expecting to receive with the Total Gym.

Lovin' Our Total Gym!

We were able to use it within minutes of unpacking it. It's so easy to use. My husband and I have different needs: him - toning and strengthening; me - weight loss and toning. This is the only piece of fitness equipment we have owned that accommodates both our needs. Most equipment that we've owned has been boring to use so I didn't. With the Total Gym, I am never bored. I get a complete workout in what seems a very short amount of time.

The hardest part of exercising is finding the time to actually workout, because the Total Gym is so compact and easy to use, I've cut my work out time in half. Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say about this product.
