It works for my 82 year old mom!

I did not ever plan on using this for my mom, but since it is Winter and we are in Minnesota, the sidewalks are too slippery to take her for walks. She has been losing strength, and had difficulty doing simple things like getting out of a chair of the bathtub. The total gym is pretty smooth to use, so I thought I would try to see if she can use it. She was unable to use an exercycle or treadmill due to balance problems. It worked! And she likes it! Her strength has increased, and she is now able to go back to enjoying baths and sinking into an easy chair without having to ask for help to get up.

I have to admit at first it took some getting used to since I wasn't used to no resistance (but that of your own body), but I quickly did & absolutely love everything I can do w/it and it's so smooth that it makes it even better!! I'm so happy I bought this :)

Finally something that will work for me

I was looking for something that would target and strengthen the whole body to create muscle and get rid of the age 50+ spread PLUS fold away and not take up much space. So far, I am seeing results on all counts.

Using this is so easy but it really works. You can feel the difference right away. Excellent low impact smooth motion. Anyone can use it.

no kidding i love this machine! never in my life i have bought anything off the tv but i bought this just to try and im so happy i did. i have given up my gym membership and just use my treadmill and total gym. never have i written a review either, but i wanted to say thank you! my legs are getting in great shape for the upcoming bikini season. i truly believe it is worth the money.i'm happy i bought it!

I wanted to find a product that I could use for aerobic exercises. I use the Total Gym on alternate days from weight lifting. It helps to get my heart rate up, tones & increases stamina.
