I LOVE my Total Gym!!

I use my Total Gym in conjunction w/my treadmill and stepper. I have gotten amazingly impressive results in my abs and arms in a very short window of time!
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation, Sturdy, Easy Storage

Where do I begin. Well, I am not the typical small kinda girl that works out regularly. I am 5'2" and 200 lbs. I go up and down the scale regularly and Ive had it. I work 2 jobs and do not have time for the gym so I dvr'd the total gym once a week for a month and finally made the decision to make the purchase. I was not sure I would be happy about the purchase after I got it because even though I am 200, I am not a "huge" person. My problem area is hips hips and more hips. Now most machines will not work both the upper and lower body and your commercials claimed they did. That was the main reason I decided to purchase. Soooo glad I did. Not only IS it a upper body work out but it REALLY IS also a lower body workout. I also purchased the cyclo trainer for the cardio and as far as I am concerened, I now have it all!!!!!! After owning this piece of equipment, I understand why its call the total gym. It really really does do you total body!!! Thank you Total Gym. My journey has just begun:)

I used this product for specific exercises; namely, my arms, abs and legs. What I love most is the strength and all round feel I get from using this product. I was expecting to loose a bit more weight but recognize the need for a proper diet as well.

I use this to supplement my running routine or when using workout videos. I have been using it for 6 weeks and feel I am starting to see some results. I didn't feel sore after using it like I thought I might. It's wonderful.
