Having been had an active health club membership for the last 25 years and recently deciding to work out more at home I purchased the Total Gym and absolutely love it. It is a great work out, a great machine that motivates you to work out more and more. You will not be disappointed.

The best investment I've ever made!

I have been thinking about buying the Total Gym for years. I regret I took so long to buy it. It has been the best and most effective investment I've ever made for myself. It's just amazing what this machine can do for you. If you are serious about taking care of yourself, this is a must go. From all the things we see on TV for workout and fitness, Total Gym is the most effective one. In doubt, go for it. Everything Chuck says about the machine is true - not surprised here. ;-)

This is the 2nd total gym that I have purchased. I love it. The only thing Im worried about..is keeping up with the pins. I have small children and I have to keep the pins in a drawer away from little hands.

I have used the product every day since receiving it,except for a couple days I was out of town. It is very easy to use, and I love the videos that came with it, which makes using the machine fun and effective. Great Job Total Gym has done to satisfy any customer who is serious about staying or getting in shape.

Awesome for any age, gender, condition

I bought this for a second home in AZ - set it up in the garage. Back home I lift 3 times/wk and cardio 3 times/wk using G5 machine and treadmill and stationary bike. Set up and started using TGXLS in 10 mins. Worked out on it several times and got sore!!! You can do what you want on this thing - any pace, any resistance - and never get bored because there are so many different exercises. They've done an incredible job of helping you get started and helping you to do your best at your pace!!

My husband who has never worked out in his life loves this machine and it works great, we are both enjoying it very much. So far he has used the product for every day twice a day. I use it twice a day too.

Since I have received this product, I have worked out everyday except one per week. I got the equipment Jan 11th. I have gone from a size 22 in jeans to a size 16! I love this equipment!
