Excellent Workout

The Total Gym is the best workout that I have found without going to a fitness club. My husband and I bought the Total gym to loose weight per Dr's orders. Within just a few weeks of working just 15 minutes a day, both of us lost between 1-2 inches around our waists. Our three year old son even gets on the machine to do some light work and when he is done states, "Ok, (mom or dad) your turn." We have even created new combination workouts. The Total gym is easy to use and you can never tire of the same old excercises as the Total Gym will target all areas of the muscle groups. We have had other family members come over and try the Total Gym and have absolutely loved it as they can feel the difference right away. Very glad we purchased the Total Gym.

I Love This Gym!

I use this gym every day! I love it! It is so easy to use. I love the training deck cards. They allow you to easily change up the workout every time you use it, so you never get bored. Once folded, the gym can be pushed into a closet or out of the way and doesn't take up much space. The only problem I've had is that it's a little awkward to fold when done. I seriously pinched my fingers once when trying to fold it in the beginning. But for the ease of use and the versatility, this gym is well worth it!

I use the product in conjunction with my daily workout routines as well as the workout routines that I have incorporated from the total gym video.

I use my total gym, just like I'm going to a gym. The same workout schedule I used to have to drive to, find a parking place, go in and change and then shower redress and go about my day. Now I can get up, do my regular thing at home, walk down the hall, work out, shower, get dressed and on with my day. My truck is parked is parked right there in my drive way. Just so much easier, faster workout and NO WAITING for anything. How much easier does it get, along with lossing 12 lbs in 1st month, because I don't miss a workout now. It's all right here and my wife uses it at noon and in the 2 months she has used the total gym gone from size 18 to 12, almost to 10. What more can you ask for as long as you stick with your program, it's that easy and time saving for you to make more of your day.

I started using it to help retain an injured shoulder. I now use it for overall strength training. It is so easy and makes me look forward to working out.
