I love the fact that this is very easy and convenient to use and set up. It really doesn't feel like your exercising, just limbering up, although I know I'm getting a work out -- the workouts really rev up my metabolism. Plus the basic exercise sets can be done in about 20 minutes, a must with my busy lifestyle. I can't say I'm getting the results shown on the infomercials or testimonials but I have noticed an improvement in how my clothes fit. I just need to tweak the exercise sets to work on my specific problems now that I've gotten used to the machine.

I looked at so many products and chose the Total Gym because it seemed the most comprehensive, easy to use, single piece of equipment available. I have not been disappointed in any way. I can do squats though my knees are arthritic and not get sore. I'm 53 and I can see changes in my midriff and abs that I never thought I'd see again. I just feels good. The full, gentle stretch I can get for my spine just by reaching up and holding the handles and lettign the machine pull is is great. Just love it!

I have been an exercise enthusiast my entire life. I have used free weights, machines and have had gym memberships. After experiencing all of those options I decided to try the Total Gym. I was happy to learn that this piece of equipment provides me and my family with an excellent apparatus to perform a complete body workout. It is very easy to use and the instructions are clear and concise.

I purchased my Total Gym back in November and used it only a couple of times before the Holidays. After packing on another 12lbs I decided it was time to get serious and I have been for the last 3 weeks. I have MS and at first it was very hard for me to move from one exercise to the next, but as my strength has increased it has become much easier. I have had great results in the time that I have been using it and highly recommend it for anyone! I am a 64 year old woman with a debilatating disease and if I can use this equipment anyone can. I use the beginners DVD every other day and follow it with 45 minutes of cardio. It is hard work, but I keep reminding myself of my goal and I KNOW that I have the right piece of equipment to accomplish that goal. My only regret would be that I hadn't purchased one years ago! It is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

I am an Ironman distance triathlete (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile run) and need to squeeze in some core strength work to supplement my training for swimming, biking, and running. The Total Gym allows me to get in a great core strength training session which vastly improves my performance in the three other disciplines. I also use the Total Gym to simulate my free style swim stroke which not only strengthens my stroke, but allow me to increase my stroke endurance as well. I am quite pleased with the results provided by the Total Gym!!!

Use it 5x a week. Like the variety of workouts. It is easy to go from one exercise to another just hit the pause button. A little bulky moving it into the closet but I just consider it part of the workout LOL!

Only home exercise equipment you need..,

I'm over 65 and use the Total Gym to keep flexible and quick for Tennis. I've owned many home gyms and work out equipment but nothing equals this for the number of exercises and muscle groups one can work in 20 minutes. I was back to playing Tennis just 4 weeks after surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff. I have paid over 3 times the cost for equipment that did a fraction of the workouts. Thanks a lot fellows.
