An Awesome Piece of Equipment

I use the TG 4-5 times weekly and find it to be an awesome piece of equipment. In the first month I lost 2.5" overall and people noticed! I do have to admit that I use the TG for strenghtening and flexibility and use my treadmill for cardio. When my treadmill dies, I will probably purchase the cyclone trainer. I cannot imagine purchasing any other piece of exercise equipment unless it is an attachment for the TG.

I love how easy it is to use and follow the DVD for each workout. Each exerice is explained in detail so you do it the right way. I'm 54 and finnaly don't have grandma arms any more. the only con is it is heavy to pick up to store for next time.

This is my second Total Gym

I love the Total Gym to do my physical therapy on in order to keep my strength in upper body and physical therapy exercise on the lower back and legs,but I wish it was a little higher off the ground when using the lower resistance level because I find it very hard to get on and off.

I use this product everyday as does my whole family. I love the exercises provided and have enjoyed the flexibility it allows to target specific muscle groups just by changing a movement without the need to readjust the machine. I can think of a few details they could add to improve the overall ease of use, but compared to other options that are out there the Total Gym is the best in my opinion. I have recommended the Total Gym to everyone I know.

When the bed comes to the bottom there should be a spring system to soften the stop.

I really like the Total Gym. I would really like a few more DVD's. As a woman I use Rosalee Brown's work out but need a bit more variety. I'd also like workouts that raise my heart rate more.
