Comfortably relaxing and intense

With the exception that it is a bit big for a crowded small apartment, my workouts are enjoyable, smooth, relaxing and/or intense as needed.
Pros: Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Sturdy, Comfortable, Quiet Operation, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Bulky

I'm 64 years old, six feet five inches and weigh over 300 pounds. If you consider my physical condition and the fact that I can use it anyone can do it. I bought the abcruncher to go with it a couple of weeks ago, and I would recomend it to everyone. It will do what it suppose to do, which is put you in better shape, all you have to do is follow the plan and use it.

Great machine for full body workout with control. Quick shipping, easy set up, great workout cards,smooth operation, Only small complaint is that the pads glued into the wing attachment points are not staying in place - otherwise high quality, well built

Nothing comes easy

This product only works if you work. With a small effort I was able to start feeling results in a week. My arthritis is less bothersome, too. I know I have a lot of work ahead of me, but you can easily go at your own rate. Setting up a workout specific to your own needs is a plus.

Exercise Experience

This is a great machine but for an overweight out of shape person working out alone, the slide bench is tippy and a little uncomfortable. I can only imagine I will get better at it over time. All together though, it is really a fun machine and easy to spend and hour or more on it doing the different exercises because it is so easy to change equipment.
