The videos that came with the Total Gym are extremely helpful - I'm thrilled with all the different muscle groups it targets! The Total Gym is so easy to set up and use. It has improved skin tone, muscle tone and is helping to get rid of the "flab" around my waist. I use the DVD that came with the product, which has shown me how to use the gym to its best advantage. I have more energy and less stress when I use the Total Gym (it even has helped alleviate the pain in my knee). The dimensions are a little short for me, since I am tall - 5'9" - but I work around it. I love it. Thanks.

I like the machine very much but the cds that came with it didn't help me very much I learned more watching the infomercial.

I like the fact that I can adjust it to my current level and gradually increase it to match my level of fitness. I have an artificial knee and this machine does not bother it at all. It's easy on all my joints. I use it five or six days a week for 30 mins. and can really notice a difference after just one month.
