This is the first home gym I purchased that does what it says it does. The first thing I experienced was a nice long stretch that I had not felt in a while since I have been away from the gym for a few months. The second was strengthening. I started to feel stronger and a bit more flexible. I love this gym and am really glad that I purchased it. I can see how one can get superb results using it over a period of time as it will not let me down.

It really has helped us this winter when we can't go outside to excercise. I also had rotator cuff surgery this winter and it has helped me get my shoulder the strength that it needs for physical therapy.

I bought this equipment for strength training and love its ease of use! I also love the workout cards. They offer a nice variety of exercises. It's more stimulating than a treadmill.

total gym is easy to use alone. It is easy to change the workout levels. It is self contained and I love it. I am 68 and my wife 67. We work out together every other day. Our only regret is that we didn't buy it years ago. Our grandchildren also love it. They spend hours on it when they are here.

Can feel a difference in just two months

I bought the product in order to tone and strengthen muscles in my legs because I run everyday.I also need to tone up my arms and abs.I can already feel a difference when I run. My legs feel stronger. My husband has had problems with his shoulder for years and has seen a big improvement since he has been using it and we have only been using it for a couple of months.
