I use this product almost every day to get a good cardio work out , I like the smooth gliding and versitility of the machine and the fact that you can change from one exercise to something different so quickly. Although I have yet to try the ab attachment - working up to that, but hope to start using it this week.

I liked the Total Gym. I thought it was a good machine for toning and losing weight. I returned it only because I was unable to use it enough to warrant owning it. The Total Gym was easy to use and I liked how many different exercises you could do in one position.
Pros: Comfortable, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
Cons: Was somewhat noisy

I like the total gym, because it is easy to use. I've been trying to get back into exercise, but I just have not seen any results with other things I have tried. This is easy and I feel my muscles getting sore, so I know it's working. Thanks, Karen Johnston

This is an aw-inspiring product that will get you going in the morning and keep you moving for the day. I call it my jump starter! The only downside to the total gym is that it doesn't have an electronic system that changes automatically.
