Great for back and knees

Love it. My wife and I use it on a daily basis. Because we do it togather we are regular. I had a total knee replacement two years ago and could not even try to squat down, until Total Gym. My moton is not perfect but I can squat almost all the way down and up again without help. My back is also better because of the no impact strecthes. My only concern is that the slde board hits the two brackets at the bottom if I don't stop and adjust it while doing standing arobics.Other than that I am Hooked. Thanks Jim Walz

It looks and feels like professional grade equipment found in gyms. Very versatile. You can work virtually every body part. Perfect for beginners up to athletes. Continual tension really activates the muscle fibers.

Great for exercising

I bought it because I need to start exercising again, but I have reumathoid arthritis and my writs and hands are the mos affected. Therefore if I am in pain I use lower body exxercises and don't use my hands. I really like it and I am getting my endurance back.

I'm such a wimp when it comes to exercising! I get tired and stop. But the Total Gym is awesome! It's so easy to go from one exercise to the next and I don't quit as easily. I get a good work out and I can tell that I'm starting to strengthen and tone already. (It's only been three weeks.) I love it! Finally, I have great hopes for a leaner body!
