This product is wonderful! My husband, who has disc problems in his lower back, was unable to use the BowFlex system that we had. We decided to try the Total Gym and he is able to use it. He has lost 25 pounds and his back is actual stronger since he is firming up his abdominal muscles. Thank you for such a great product.

I actually bought this for my husband for Christmas. He has a huge athletic background including being a 5th don master in the art of tae kwon do. He loved this machine, it made his workout so effective and low impact as he is now in his early 40s. I just had our 4th child and need to lose 20 lbs and tone myself as well and this has been such a great way to do this. It's fast, easy and efficient. We also use the P90X program and some of the exercises they do in that program we use the Total Gym to assist with such as pull ups and pushups. With the two combined, we get the TOTAL P90X workout-it's AMAZING

I love this product because I feel like I get a total workout without going to the gym. I hired a personel trainer for awhile who came to my home. What I paid for the trainer for six months is more then what the Total Gym cost. I love that I can exercise in the privacy of my home and whenever I want.

I Like working out on the total gym , because it is easy to use , and you can slowly work up to a higher level of exersizes , when you think your body is ready . I haven't found anything bad about it yet . My wife & I work out every other day and feel great . I will be sure and tell all of my friends about the total gym .
