Instead of sitting on the couch and watching TV some evenings, I jump on my Total Gym and watch TV...I'm getting a workout and being entertained at the same time. I absolutely love this product. I do suggest investing in the best model; it's sturdier and worth the extra expense. I'm 51 yrs old and can still turn heads!

I do the 6 minute workout almost every day. I have had it for alittle over a month and am now increasing the levels and adding new exercises. I was really out of shape when I first started and by setting reachable goals for myself I have continued to work out. It's the first thing I do when I get home from work! I love it and have already recommended it to my friends and anyone that will listen! It's used by my whole family.

I never thought I would stick to a program but the total gym makes it easy for me to go in each morning and do just a ten minutes. I love it and am starting to see results in my body!

I Do A Lot Of Recreational Sports And Let Me Tell You After Using The Total Gym I Feel So Good When I Get Off Of It...I Love My Motorcycle So After I Do My Workout And Get On Bike I Feel I Can Do So Much Better When I Ride On The Open Road I Just Feel So Good When I Take My Turns And Pick It Up Faster For The Next Turn..In All It Is A Wonderful Gym Set . Oh I Am 49 Years Old And Still On Sports Bikes Thanks Total Gym..

Really have not worked out in awhile, but started taking Pilates and absolutely love it. Decided to order the Total Gym because I was able to order the Pilates Kit with the machine. I just love the ease of the machine and the intense workout I can receive from using the Total Gym. Thanks for the opportunity to purchase such a great piece of equipment!!!

I initially used the start up program then added the leg pulley. I had a problem with arthritis and torn minescus from tennis. I found the pulley to stretch and strengthen these areas and am looking forward to the tennis courts again.

I have been to physical therapy for a herniated disc for two years. After having gone, I realized while watching your commercials, that the Total Gym replicated the same movements as I was doing in therapy. As I was explaining this to yet another therapist who owns his own therapy business, he decided to give it a try. I was able to use his Total Gym machine before purchasing my own and I am not disappointed. I can literally maintain all of the therapy exercises that I learned in therapy right at home. My therapist likes it so much, he is getting ready to purchase a second one for his business.
