I USE THIS PRODUCT FOR WEIGHT LOSS, STRENGTH, AEROBICS. THE INSTRUCTIONS AND ILLUSTRATIONS ARE SIMPLE AND EASY TO FOLLOW. IT HAS ONLY TWO MONTHS SINCE I STARTED USING IT AND I HAVE SEEN POSITIVE RESULTS.

I am very pleased with my Total Gym. Two suggestions: (1)I am 6'1" and on a couple of exercises, I could use a very slightly longer board and rails/ramp; and (2) on the accessory handle used for pull-ups, leg curls, etc..., the magnetized platice insert in side the mounting bracket does not stay in place. Question: When increasing the workout, is it better to raise the incline and continue with one set per exercise, or to increase the number of sets per exercise at the existing incline level? Thanks for your fine product.

I am using to tone and strengthen. There's no reason why, if you follow the diet plan and exercise routines, anyone should not tone up and lose weight. It's easy. IT WORKS!

I cannot believe it is finally happening

I have only been using the gym regularly since 1/1/10. I weigh over 300 lbs. and break a sweat getting out of bed. (I am not exaggerating) After almost three weeks I can tell a difference. I work out 7 days a week alternating between the 6-8 minute workout and the photo brochure workout that was included in my equipment. I watch the video regularly for motivational purposes and when I am finished losing the weight I will be sending before and after photos. I wish I had purchased the Total Gym years ago. I have wasted alot of money on three gym memberships, three different trainers and countless weightloss programs. It's good to feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you to everyone who made the Total Gym a possibility to me and everyone else that is benefiting from this experience.

I use this product everyday because I can't always get to the gym and it is so easy to set up and put away. In just 20 minutes a day I get a full-body workup and in a short time I saw definite results! This is a great product for those that are short on time but still want to stay/get in shape. It is extremely versatile and you are able to switch muscle groups with minimal rearranging of yourself and/or the machine. Though it doesn't really fit under a bed, it does store easily against a wall. You also need a nearby closet to store all the accessories. However, the accessories go on/off very easily. The instruction guide is pretty good but I feel it should be more complete as some stuff I had to figure out on my own (i.e. unhooking the cable under the bench for certain exercises and how to do it). Overall, I would buy this again and definitely recommend it.

i am not a workout fanatic so i really love that i can workout whenever i want without having to worry about a gym membership.I love my total gym i use it only twice a week and have already started seeing results.The workout cards have really helped me simplify my workout so that i can target only the areas that are troublesome to me.
