I am on my 4th week using the total gym fit & I am completely sold on this product ! There are so many exercises to do for any style that you prefer . It’s actually enjoyable to use this machine to the point that you actually want to work out . I started off with the beginner program & have been gradually increasing my reps & sets . I’m just over 4 weeks in & I’m already seeing incredible results . This is a very sturdy piece of equipment & they didn’t not skimp on quality. If you are serious about getting back in shape or are looking for something to add to your workout routine , look no further. Total gym is amazing!

I absolutely love my machine. I had lost 101 lbs on my own then I had surgery the gastric bypass, and I’m down 47 lbs in 3 months total 148 now with this machine I’m strengthening up what needs to be. Within the first few times I knew I didn’t need my 30 day trial it was not going back.
