I have nothing but great things to say about this machine. You feel the burn with your first excercise. Your muscles especially your abs are worked instantly. I had friends come over to try this "chuck norris" machine and all tell me the next day how their ab muscles were worked. I highly recomend this machine.

Cons: Dvd didnt have chuck, The videos are cheesy

I really like my Total Gym. I am in pretty good shape but was hoping to loose 5 pounds. Have not lost the weight but have definately toned up and my abs are looking much better. I use 20 minutes 5 times a week.

GREAT WORKOUT!

I didnt believe in home gym products. I bought the XLS 4 weeks ago and workout 5 days a week / 2 hours per training day. I use to workout heavily 6 years ago for 3 years then stopped due to work hours and newly born twins. I understand the feeling of a good workout and i felt it with total gym xls for the first time in 6 years

I was pleasantly surprised at the construction and design of the Total Gym. It is well made and well designed. I love the range of motion you get when working out my upper body. You don't get this with typical gym equipment.
