"No time for gym, then buy this"

This is the first time a prouct I purchased truely had no assembly. The best features are first, the training deck cards that instruct you on each exercise which include "training tips" for the best body positioning to benefit from the exercises. Secondly this if the first time both my husband and I are able to use the same piece of equipment that will adjust to the individual needs of both a man and a women.
Pros: Comfortable, Quiet Operation, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use

I haven't done all of the exercises is because I hurt my back and I think it would do more harm but really like this equipment

I love the Total Gym. I plan for this to be the excercise machine I take into my 70ies and 80ies. The times I've used the Total Gym I've been pleased that I feel worked out but not overly tired or sore. The guided workout is just right to start with. I've lost weight but mostly I've been thrilled that I've shaped up and toned and feel stronger. Although I'm 51, my muscles have always responded well to physical workouts. This is truly a common sense machine and workout. Thank you.
