Wasn't sure about no weights!

I wasn't sure about this product, using your body weight versus regular weights but I don't miss the dumb-bells at all. I have been using the total gym in my home for a couple of months and really like all the different ways you can work out with it. I have been using the chart that came with it and look forward to setting up a TV in that room so I can also work out with the videos in the future. Great product, I am not missing the drive to the gym at all and find I am working out more with the convenience of being at home.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Sturdy, Easy Storage

Clearer instructions on use of pulleys and close up photo would be helpful. The excersize cards are brilliant as well as the routines. A lever to pull peice to folded position would be helpful. Peice does not slide well to push against a wall I have to walk it side to side to get it in place. Some sort of roller would be helpful. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the results. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed and look forward to working out. thanks

Love my Total Gym

My husband and I love our total gym. It is a great addition to our treadmill. With the workout DVD's that came with it we are really getting the workout we wanted. We purchased the gym to help us stay in shape and after a few short months we are seeing results and we are very happy with our purchase.

A great product that meets expectations

I like the fact that it doesn't hurt my back and enables me to get a good workout. At my age, 67, I really like the way I feel after the exercise. Other methods left me so sore I couldn't exercise more than once a week. Thank you for a product that delivers on it's promises.

I am using the product for Pilates and am loving it, the only thing I wish there was another video because I am bored with the pilates video.

We love the Total Gym! It provides my husband and I with everything we need for a complete workout. The Total Gym really does allow you to work out at varying intensity levels. My husband was in doubt at first that the Total Gym could deliver a similar intensity he got while working out with the gym equipment and was plesantly surprised when the Total Gym kicked his butt! The Total Gym is advertised as a total workout and it really is; so much so that we cancelled our gym membership that we have had for more than 18 years! Not only is the style and ease in transition to various exercies as simplistic as advertised but the Total Gym design is near flawless, very easy to use, and comfortable. We get a complete workout in minimal time. Don't be fooled by the ease of use with this machine, it really makes you sweat. Often items advertised on TV are different once you get the product into your home but not with the Total Gym. It is everything and more than what is advertised. Again, we love this machine and absolutely recommend it.

Being a previous owner of the first total gym, the ease of use, the different execercises and sturdiness of the XLS is great improvement. The is less stress on back and joints with greater benefits from the use of the gym.

I really like the ease of going from one excercise to another. I actually did everyday workouts on the cd in about an hour and 15 min. It was a good workout.
