we have alot of other equipment. So this is a nice change. Different. Which is so good. Everyone will get burn out. To change it up is a great way to stay with it. I really like the difference you get with the Total gym.

Good Machine - except the ankle harness

Great product - I love using it...I'd like it more if the ankle harness' would not stop popping stitches though...it's really annoying. This is my second pair - and it happened again a few nights ago. Overall though - love this machine!

My husband used my Total Gym and fell in love with it. He bought a Bowflex about three years ago and now has it for sell. He said that he would never use anything else now that he uses the Total Gym. I love it too. Thanks

I have type II diabeties and find this a superior way to get my exercise, which in turn help's me conrol my blood sugar. 30min. each night after dinner and before bed has proven to be the best tool to keep my blood sugar in check, along with diet modification.
