Everything I Was Hoping For

I can't say enough great things about our TotalGym. I use it every other day to lose the weight after having 2 babies in the last 3 years... it has totally replaced the expensive gym membership I used to have. Gives me more time with my kids because it's right in my home, and it's a bumch of machines in one so I can work all of my muscle groups. It's so easy to use... the only feature I want is a remote control to change the levels!
Pros: Strengthens, Comfortable, Quiet Operation, Easy To Use, Sturdy

The best money I ever spent on equipment

I haven't really worked out in years, just occaisionally but have a family wedding next year to get in shape for. I have gotten so addicted to this machine I use it at least daily...sometimes twice a day when I want to stretch out really good. I can definitely see the difference in my arms which have been my focus. It is by far the best purchase of equipment I have made over the last 20 years!!

Rotator cuff re-hab

I purchased with the idea of avoiding right rotator cuff surgery, and it seems to be working. The more regular I maintain my program, the less pain I have. Also, the lingering problems I've had from left rotator cuff surgery have practically disappeared.

this machine is quit easy to use on a daily basis, i find that it can target specific muscle areas as well as a condition tool. I find it extremely easy to maintain muscle definition.

Easy to understand effective excersies with noticable results within 7 days. Went from an ocassional exceriser to a frequent excesiser with total gym. I am able to train several different ways with complete ease. 30 plus days with total gym and I am a completely satified customer.

I use your product every day. I have degenerative disc disease and have always kept myself upright with Nautilus. I have a treadmill at home, which I love, and thought I would try to get something to comppliment it and also enable me to quit gym memberships. I was convinced your product would not work as nothing else ever has. I was happily surprised that after 2 motnhs I was still standing upright. I love the Total Gym

I am handicapped, so changing things around for the different exercises is somewhat complicated for me. Generally, I love it! I have not seen any improvement yet, but I am taking it very very slow; looking forward to advancing to a more complicated regime in the near future.
