As a 30 year runner and just shy of my 40th birthday, I knew it was time to get serious about the strength training and muscle building. The Total Gym is fantastic and I use it every day for 30 minutes after I run. I'm now a strong, lean, mean, fighting machine!

I have had the Total Gym for about 2 months and have been using it 3 - 4 times a week. I have lost inches and pounds. We have other exercise products in the past and found it very difficult to use and transistion from one exercise to another. The Total Gym is easy and fast. I look forward to my new self and have already booked a Hawaii vacation to show it off. Thanks for a great product.

Total Gym Becomes "Family Gym"!

My husband and I ordered Total Gym to tone up and for weight loss. We are 50+, and wanted to work out in our own home. We had gym memberships before, but always felt uncomfortable going to a gym. It seemed they were for "beautiful people" and not out of shape oldsters. Since we started using it at home, we are totally delighted! We work out together 3 times a week and are watching our diets. We have seen an improvement already after only 1 month. Now we have to share the Total Gym with other family members. We have a 9 year old football player that was excited that he could use it with your "Kids' Workout". This is the only product that has workouts for this age group. By the way, he is known as a "beast" on the field. Also, I have 2 daughters that are a little out of shape that started a walking program. They now come over twice a week to add the Total Gym workouts to help them reach fitness goals. My home has become a mini spa! The Total Gym is truely a family excerise machine-made for all ages, weight, and ability! Thanks for making us one big, and healthier family!

Best home exercise system available!!

I use this every morning and would not know what to do without it. It is great for my lower back, so much so that I have stopped going to the chiropractor because I have strengthened the muscles in my back to the point where I no longer need it. I would recommend this to anyone who is considering a home gym. You can do as little or as much as you want with this system and the support you get is wonderful. I will always have one in my home.

Worth Twice the Money

I use the product between 5 and 6 days each week performing a variety of exercises. It is this variety that keeps me interested in working out on the machine.

Too heavy but fun to use

There are two cons in my opinion-it is extrememly heavy which makes setting it up bulky and a chore and the exercises on the DVD move way too fast in getting the equipment reset. I have to pause to get it reset for the next exercise. Other than that I love it. The exercises do work, it is a quick workout and it is a WORKOUT. Love using it after the strain of getting it set up. Wish it were lighter. Love the chart that comes with it so you can pick and choose the exercise you desire. It is wonderful to use without the dvd as well. The exercises are easy to follow and uncomplicated instructions on how to do each one. I saw improvement after a short period of time using it and have recommended the Total Gym to others.
