I am very pleased with the quality and construction of this model. I took advantage of my medical savings account to purchase this equipment, and am SO very glad I did! I've used the professional versions of this system while in physical therapy, so I know what kind of results I'll be able to get out of having one at home. I want to use my equipment to prevent losing my ability to walk and move about independently, so TotalGym will be a MAJOR part in my being able to work towards that goal.

I am overjoyed with my Total Gym XLS. It's very easy to use and I like the attachments that I can buy besides what I already have. The pullies are smooth and easy to handle. It was everything that they said it would be when I purchased it and even more. I was also very impressed with customer service, who helped me a lot when I bought it. They answered every question I had to my satisfaction. I would recommend the Total Gym to anyone who wants to get in great shape and I can't wait to get further into it. The exercise charts are also extremely helpful and there are unlimited videos to watch when you want to do different routines for selected body parts. Total Gym gets a 5 star rating from me. I have type II diabetes and I am looking forward to lowering my A1C by getting into a regular exercise routine, and it's already lowering my blood sugar levels and keeping them to manageable level right now. Thanks Total Gym!

I love my Total Gym, but still having trouble getting used to it. Trying to grab the cables when the seat is on level 3 is a little difficult. But the more I use the machine, the easier it gets.
