Great Piece of Equipment!

I waited a long time before ordering my Total Gym. I wanted to be sure it would fit my needs. It does. I cycle and do step aerobics, so I use the Gym for upper body toning and strength training. I really like it and use it every other day. However, I find it a little cumbersome when changing levels. I have a hard time getting the pin in straight...am I doing something wrong? Also, two of the DVDs that came with the Gym don't play. By the time I discovered this, I figured it was too late to return them. Overall, a great machine.
Pros: Easy To Use, Comfortable, Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up

I bought this product to get me into shape and it is doing that. It is easy to use and really works all your muscles. It gives you many options. The only thing for me is that I would have half way points :). FOR ME the increases are too large and I need a half mark between them :). It is an awesome product and the advertising for it is straight on!

I am a 48 y.o. female who, like many, let herself go over the years. I used to be an athletic, running Marine. This machine is an excellent overall gym and there are no bulky weights to attach - the machine simply uses ME as the weight. You won't outgrow it because of the changeable inclines. I'd recommend getting a good 1 to 1.5 hours of your absolute favorite songs (one after the other) on a CD or IPod and just get lost in the music and repetitions. Before I know it, a whole hour is gone. It is private, it is "my" time now and I am glad I started this step in reclaiming a healthy, fit body.

At 64 tears old,my need for exercise has increased to keep that healthy feling. The low impact design is just perfect for my wife and me to stay in shape, we both love it..

Best machine invented for xcercise!

Well I just started as you know when I purchased. I try to do at least 5 workouts a week of 8 minutes ech. I have lost fat around my waist and 1 inch all over my body. I love this machine, since I am in my late 40's I cannot bounce around from machine to machine it is not convenient. This machine takes the cake. It is awesome and I am starting to look great, the main thing that is gone is my "lonja" my spare tire!! my mother in law used to get on my case about it and yesterday we went to her home for dinner and I noticed at the table after dinner that my gut was not sticking out from all sides, I could not even pinch a piece of fat, and I showed her and she was very happy.... for me and for her son cuz I am getting to my old body weight again. of course it helps to eat properly too. The machine is working!
