100lbs 2 lose getting there

Started off doing pilates on this machine and just loved it. I'm on the heavy side so all the floor exercises you can do on this machine are much easier. Setting up takes a little getting use to at the start but the DVD answers all questions. Managed to lose 12lbs in 6wks using 3 times a week.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Easy Storage, Quiet Operation, Strengthens
Cons: Little hard to set up 1st

I USE THIS PRODUCT AT LEAST 5 TIMES A WEEK. AND WHAT I LIKE IS THAT YOU CAN WORK OUT FOR 10 MINUTES OR 30 MINUTES AND STILL FEEL GREAT. AND IT IS IN MY HOME SO I DONT HAVE TO GO VERY FAR FOR A GREAT WORKOUT. IT IS WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT.

I was in an auto accident a few years ago and had a back injury. Since then I had gained weight and lost muscle tone. I had tried several different exercise programs and equipment but all of them caused more problems forcing me to stop until I tried the Total Gym. Success at last and no pain in my back. I haven't yet lost all of the weight I gained but I'm getting there and I am gaining muscle again. I have been taking it a little slow because of my back problems but am definitely making progress. The Total Gym is here to stay.

This is my first Total Gym and I'm totally happy with what I can do with it! In addition to the weight exercises, I love that you can do Pilates reformer-type moves too. The workout/Pilates videos are really helpful. I also use the board in a tall slant to help stretch my lower back. I love how you can be really efficient with your workout time because you can move from one exercise to the next seamlessly. I waited so long to get a Total Gym and can't tell you how much I love it! It's also like a "ride" too. So you can work out and have fun at the same time!

I live in a mobile home.The TotalGym stores in a small space and we have ample room to set it up and use it. You need to be careful taking it down, you can pinch yourself painfully. Setup/takedown could be easier/safer. It's easy to use,my wife, our daughter and myself all use it.We use variations of the basic program three or four nights a week. We've been using it for a month and believe we will continue to use it.

Groovin' and movin' take time

I use the machine daily, usually following two-day workouts with Rosalie. I really enjoy the workouts1 Best bets: easy to get into a routine Difficult: it's a little cumbersome to pick up and let down. My back is moody, so I struggle to get it down without dropping it; then I struggle again to get it up.

I use the Total Gym in my motorhome because it folds down so it is easy to store. The system works good for me and alows me to keep my training up on the road. Thank you, Total Gym.
