Top notch equipment

I use it like it was an appliance. It is always there and I can use it at a moments notice, like when I want to snack I work out instead. If I am bored and think about eating I jump on the Total Gym instead. It is so easy to use I can get my wife to use it also. Getting fit doesn't have to be a punishment. Just a way of life.

Finally Made the Purchase

I watched the commercials for years, debated and debated whether to purchase. My wife and I needed to do something to become more healthy and were on the fence about where to begin. Do we join a gym, walk the dogs more, buy another info commercial "flash-in-the-pan" piece of equipment or do we take the plunge and trust a product that has endured? During a promo I saw online one day, we decided to trust what Chuck and Christie have been endorsing for it seems a long time. We have both been using the Total Gym for the past 1-1/2 months and feel it is definitely worth the investment. It was easy to set up. It is nice that you can move seamlessly through a routine. I hope it stands up to the test of time, but at this point we are both pleased with the overall performance of the equipment. P.S. I am a golfer and I am hitting the ball further!

I USE THE TOTAL GYM 6 DAYS A WEEK IN THE EVENING AFTER WORK. I HAVE NOTICED A DEFINITE CHANGE IN MY BODY. PARTICULARLY MY LEGS AND THIGHS. MY STOMACH IS ALSO GOING DOWN.

I use the product for strength training as well as weight loss and conditioning. The total gym lives up to everything it claims to do and more. The 2 things I love about my total gym is it is a smooth operating peice of equipment, very effortless and easy to go from one exercise to the next without very little effort. I like the fact that you can do so many different exercises that target every body part without having to change to another peice of equipment like at the gym and you can do it all in the privacy of your own home! It's an awesome piece of equipment and well worth every penny. You won't be dissapointed with the results you get with the total gym, I was skeptical at first but now I am a believer, I would not trade my total gym for anything!

I have yet to find a negative comment that I can share about this tool. It was quite out of my price range, but have severe scoliosis, and am struggling to keep it in check without surgery, so determined that it was an expense that I needed to enhance my future years - trying to avoid surgery! Since I began, I am SO much less comfortable in my daily activities, and am excited for my future wellness:)!

I had to think twice...am I an occasional exerciser? I used to be, but now that I have had the Total Gym for about a month I am a frequent exerciser. No longer do I dread work outs since I am seeing and feeling results. I know I will stick with the workouts since I look forward to the work outs. I feel great and it is fun!

I have bursitis in both elbows and this has plagued me for several years in the gym, lifting as I had always done since my college days. At 47 years old, I decided to try something different and am thrilled with this equipment. The fluid motion in every exercise allows me to train virtually pain free. Would recommend to everyone who has weight trained traditionally for a great change of pace and to confuse your muscles with untraditional movements.
