The Total Gym is perfect for me. I am getting stronger, when I go to work I have more energy and as a mother of 3 the convenience of having the Total Gym in my home is wonderful. I love being able to workout whenever I want or when my busy schedule allows. The best part is that I am losing weight! I can do every thing I used to, I am jogging and playing tennis the things that I love. The total gym has had a dramatic change in my life. I only use it for about 40 minutes a day 4 to 5 times a week and now in 2 months I am thinner, stronger and happier.

Better than expected

I always wanted this, I joined a gym for a year and then I saw your ad again and decided it was time to bite the bullet and get the Total Gym. I use it often and enjoy working out. The convience of working out at home makes it even better. All the dvd's and information that comes with the gym makes it easy. Thanks
