I never bought anything off of tv before as a matter of fact to total gym seemed kinda shady to me. I hurt my back two years ago and just started a physical therapy routine. at the physical therapy I went to they had the professional version and i saw the light of total gym and have been sold since.
Pros: Easy Storage, Sturdy, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Easy To Set Up

Building strength and endurance!

My husband and I are both in our mid+ 60's, and we love it. It is improving our range of motion as well as building strength and stamina. We love it!

My wife and I spend about 30 minutes a night on the total gym and it has made a difference in the short time we have owned it.

At 39 I use it regularly and feel great. Very slow on weight loss though. Our 16 yr old bumps it up higher to bulk up for wrestling season and WOW he looks awesome, his coaches even asked him what he's been doing

I was slow to get started with my Total Gym after I got it - life just gets in the way. But after a particularly stressful work day, I used it to release some frustrations, and I think it is now going to be my saving grace! I anticipate lower blood pressure, better health and the weight loss I have strived for and desire so much. I turn 50 next March and want to be fabulous, and I think with Total Gym I will be able to achieve my goal!

I have Lupus so I'm using this as low impact exercise and weight loss from the steroids I take. It has helped my muscles alot. I'm not in so much pain. My husband is using this for weight loss and he is seeing results along with his diet. We are both very happy with the Total Gym.
