It's a great tool to use! I just have to find the time. That's my excuse. But when I do work out on Total Gym, it's definitely competes with the expensive gym machines.

I use the Total Gym 5 days a week, after just from one month of using it, I had lost inches. I wish I had purchased this years ago when I had seen it advertised. It's one of the best investments I had made to my house.

The only thing I would change about the total gym is to add wheels so it can be easily stored or moved when not in use. Working out is fun again, and I can do it in the privacy of my own home. After just a few uses I can feel the difference.

I have had my total gym for about a month and am still working on the 8 Minute workout routines. I am surprised out how effective they are. The gym is easy to use, but the routines are using more muscles than it appears. I really know I have worked out when I finish. I am wanting to add the Pilates workouts once these become easier. I haven't seen a weight loss yet, but I do feel that I am toning. I see an improvement in my stomach and arms already.

The only thing that we don't like is the way that the cdv is set up ,it would be nice to just have the work outs on one and not all the other stuff as if you have it on you have to stop +go all the time and it's a real pain so we don't even use it anymore!
